Bee Trio

I love this stamp from Stampendous, actually I love the whole line. I haven't gotten everyone from the line however I have my share. I used SU Black card stock alone with Real red ink. I again used Prismacolor to color the bugs. I just like the way the color turns out with the oil. What a great invention whom ever put these to item together should go down in history. I used my red check ribbon that ribbon reminds me of a spring table cloth. The pencils I used are black, canary yellow, crimson red, and blush pink for the lady bugs faces. For their wings I used "Star Dust" Stickles I got from a great lady from www.7kidscollegefund.com store. Come to think about it I also got this stamp "Bee Trio" from her store also. Come to find out she is in my town so I got to meet her. She is a very sweet lady and a great store. I am definitely one of her fans.

So you may not believe it however this is the last ATC I am doing for a long time. I have just started stamping this year since January and I am so addicted. You all are enablers!!! However I love it. I have done over 8 ATC exchanges so that means 80 of these little cards i have made. I am taking a break from these for a while. ........ OK for at least a month. *giggle*

Lazy Bunny

Ok I hope you can stand it. I have another ATC. I told you I was busy this month just haven't had the time to post. I like creating. Anyway, I used Stampin Up's Pink Passion ink and card stock. I again used Cool Gray Primacolor pencils to color him in. Then I used some color glitter pens. I like that added touch of the rainbow ribbon it just reminds me of a lazy day when the sun just came out after a small rain.

SO Cute Brown Bear

Here is another ATC that I did the same exchange for the Stampin Up Spring Mini. I used the very vanilla CS, bear, SO and the Cute was inked with Chocolate Chip. I also colored in the image with my Prismacolor pencils for the sky I used Light Cerulean Blue, for the bear I blended 2 colors Dark Umber and Light Umber. For the Grass I blended Spring Green and Apple Green. Then last but I think the cutest for his cheeks I used Crimson Red. Then of course I but a heart brad to represent the teddy bears heart. How cute! I hope everyone love him. I know I had to do one for myself.

Spring Fun Bunny

Here is another ATC that I did for the Spring Mini. I just received my new Prismacolor Premier pencils and I just had to try them out. I absolutely love them, if you have not tried them yet you should. I of course went MAC Daddy and got the big set of pencils however they have just a 12 color basic set you can try out. I was introduced to these wonderful pencils by a Blogger I have come to admire, Amy Rysavy. She is another idol of mine. I must look at here web site twice a day... ok that is stalking * wink* lets just say once a day. She has a great post on how to use these pencils. This little bunny was fun to color however I am glad I only had to color 10.

MIA ... Well yes I have been

This last month has been crazy my oldest Trinity turned 4 years old so we had a birthday for her. Of course I made all the invitations, everyone just loved them. This was the first hand made invitations many have seen. So it was a highlight at the party. I actually cased the card from one of my favorite blogger Kendra Gills she make some wonderful cards. The card in particular I was inspired be was her stacked cupcake card. I actually emailed her and made sure it was OK to use her card for Trinity's birthday card. She agreed. Thank you Kendra! I will post the card as soon as I can find where my daughter put it. Of course I didn't make and extra one for myself. ...Note to self.... always make an extra card for yourself. *wink* Also early this month I had to go on a business trip to Chengdu, China. Let's stay positive...... It is wonderful being home. No really there is no place like home. I have 2 wonder children and a great husband so I missed my family luckily it was only about 9 days. I actually have been making cards I just have been doing that and not posting. I decided today I was going to give this blogging thing a fair try. So here is goes....
