In Dreams......

I saw this and I totally loved it. "In dreams we catch glimpses of a life larger than our own." -- Helen Keller.

Oh by the way the background stamp was another one of those "make -n- takes." See what I mean I just have to take.

Love Bugs....

More Penny Black stamps. I ordered this "love bug"a while ago from the little stamp store around the corner however it just came in.

Girly Girl

Helloooooo Girly Girl! I went to a stamp convention/show last weekend and saw these Penny Black girl stamps. Well you know how much I love my Bellas........ well I about flipped when I saw these girls. This one is called Light the Night. Luckily, I believe Penny only has 4 different girls, that I have found. Where Bella's on the other hand ..... ok wait ...... I don't even want to count.

I have another girl colored I just have to get a sketch for her.

Glue Pad... how cool

Two weeks ago I went to a little stamp store and did a dollar make and take. Those of you that know me, know I should not go and do these make -n- takes. My own theory on a make -n- takes is... they show you how to "make" it and you want to "take" all of it home to "make" it again.

This week was no different!! You see the card that they help you "make" now you see the glue I had to "take." It was so fun to work with this glue pad. If you look closely you can see a couple of glittered flowers. The glitter was glued on with this glue pad.

Thank you card from Allison....

I sent Allison a birthday card the other month and can you believe she sent me a thank you card for that. How sweet!!! Allison is one of the blogs I visit often. I like her blog because she sums up several other blogs that I visit. So it is like going to over 100 blogs at once. OK not really however I like how she sums up all the tutorials. Check it out at: StampinWhenICan

Scrapbook Clock

Well I have a problem it seems very time I step in my craft room I loose 3-4 hours of my day. I just don't understand how 4 hours could go by so fast.

I decided I needed a clock in my craft room. Mind you I have a clock on my computer that is right next to my work table. However this was my excuse to alter a clock. I did this clock a couple of weeks ago and unfortunately it has not made it up to the wall yet where it deserves to be. Anyway I love the colors and the paper. I didn't have to add much with this wonderful paper. I did stamp and cut out some of the butterflies from butterfly kisses from Papertrey.

I just love butterflies, don't you?

Missing in action? ........

Well these last couple of weeks have been crazy. I haven't gotten a chance to post anything however I have been creating a little.

This card is the card I made for Jen's Blogger RAK exchange she is doing every month. This is the one I did for July. I was not about to participate this month. However check her blog out and maybe you can join next month.

A Blogger RAK - Thank You

I just love random acts of kindness. This RAK is from Vera in Columbia, MD. Thanks Vera!

Vera left a little note in this one, it reads:

Dear Laura,
Although we've never really met
I wanted to show I care
And so I send this little card
To you way over there.

A "Random Act of Kindness"
From this stamping friend to you
Hope to brighten up your day
And your whole week, too!
